Sustainable assistance within a community is what we at ACC International Relief endeavour to achieve throughout each of our community development projects. We believe that the most effective assistance we can give to a community is to empower and educate them to help themselves. We seek to address the root problems within a community. This involves facilitating community-led decision making processes and providing necessary resources and training for the community itself. With this knowledge, communities are empowered to become the change agents for re-creating their own vision of a whole and healthy community.
